When you make a new char it does not produce the continued error reports but when you move out of that area and you get the first phased parts you better get a new chat channel and look in to that one for your main channel is filled up in 2 seconds with the same error report.
I use the latest version.

I can't check it out now any more for the char I had it on is out of that area but make a new one and do a couple quests and you get the bugs.
