So I fixed this last night by doing a clean uninstall of DBM. (IE removing all the savedvariable files associated with DBM). Do note that I did a fresh install of RealUI as well (but when I first did a fresh install of realUI I had the same problem so....I want to say it's clearing DBM savedvariables that would help).

ty, this fixed my issue, i just did a fresh install of dbm and now its working
edit - not working again, sigh
