Basically Blizzard have implemented a server based throttle on addon communications. As I understand it an addon can no longer talk on the addon whisper channel otr any hidden addon channels. They now have to register a talk using prefixs. It's all discussed in the 2 threads above.
Since this is a major patch I'll be uploading a copy of the survival guide I wrote for the US Mac Tech Support forums. Watch for it
