I don't think this specific addon exists .. only normal addons like InstanceTime

But this addon can be easily made though by:

• registering to CHAT_MSG_CHANNEL_NOTICE with arg1 = "YOU_CHANGED" and select(2, IsInInstance()) == "party"
• embeding and calling the AceTimer library

Edit: maybe InstanceCounters does what u want
