Scott,
Loaded the newest NUI+ and the 2 files you posted and checked my Rogue and druid, got this when loaded for first time but it did not clear the key bindings as it said it was. They all stayed the same, ran both toons through some mobs trying to make it mess up but it stayed ok. I switched stances many times and bindings stayed ok. Lets hope this fixed it LOL.
