I'll second this one. It is especially bad for DKs. When your runes are all on cooldown suddenly nearly every ability you have pops up on the cooldown bar and literally takes over 2-3 rows on that portion of the screen. Imagine if the check for a cooldown counted being OOM as all of your spells being on cooldown at once, counting down until your mana regenned.. that's basically what happens to DK when their runes are on cooldown.

I think two things may need to happen to fix it:
1. The cooldown bar should not wrap onto multiple rows, it should just grow left and right. With that in effect the worst that could happen is you have so many things on cooldown that it starts edging into the buff/debuff panes, but that would take many more than the 7+ limit now. Consider also making a maxcooldowns setting like you have maxauras? (There may already be one, I haven't checked)
2. Do not count abilities that require runes that are all on cooldown. If you do, the cooldown bar becomes unusable as you are spammed with too many abilities to focus on at once.
