QuestHelper 0.53 (the latest version) seems to be bugged. Several people are complaining that it's just not showing up (exactly like your problem). I suggest downgrading from 0.53 to 0.52 and it should work. I had no problems with 0.50 and nUI, but still haven't upgraded to later versions (didn't know there were newer versions until today!).
