Okay, I just recently returned to WoW and it figures that I come back after an apparently nasty UI breaking patch. Anyways, I re-downloaded Mazzle and the patch and installed both. Everything works...

It worked
Well look at that, set it to trigger off of PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD and it works like a charm... now if I can just figure out health/mana bars I'll be rocking.
