does anyone know a good walkthrough for mirimax ui? i found one but lost it it was a great walkthrough to any ideas?

i just installed mirimax ui and for some reason i cant get the action bars moved. theres no option t drag em anywhere. theres a walkthrough by some dude but i cant find bartender at bottom of screen...
