Can you delete the combat log?

Can you delete the combat log and make it not reappear when you relog? I'm using EavesDrop so I have no use for it.

What inventory mod does Mazzle use?

The one where you press I and brings up your inventory, also where you hover over an item in your Bags it compares it to what you have equipped.
