Put your cursor over the frame and type /print...

Put your cursor over the frame and type /print GetMouseFocus():GetName(). This will tell you the name of the frame and probably give you a hint as to which addon it belongs to.

Haste is in the process of rewriting his poison addon which is currently called oTravi (http://fuxsake.net/t25-oTravi.html). The current version works quite well for me, I recommend it.
