Targeted addon?

Is there an addon currently or is it possible to make an addon that will put a frame on the screen for every mob that is targeting you?

Not every mob, as far as I know. But some addons do things like look at the targets and targets of targets and targets of ... etc of raid members. But all mobs? I doubt it.
