TomTom problems with Nui
I've tried to use Tomtom with nUI and half the time it's pointing to the wrong location if not to a different quest all together.
Mostly this is for my wifes account on her laptop (I don't need a direction finder) in game while she does. Problems: Tomtom doesn't work well with nUI. I've set tomtom to accept data sources from LDM (I think) and other options in the control panel for it. Changed them when the problem got so bad that bugsack was overloading. crazy arrow fails to point in the right direction for current quest. crazy arrow disappears from screen or shows up when it wants to. Please if anyone has an idea of how to get tomtom working with nUI please tell me so I can stop the wife aggro. Thanks Never mind (I didn't search and just found the cure for this problem) "Boy do I feel like a noob!" *Wacks self on head for being a noob and not using the SEARCH feature for the forums!* |
heh, I had to post it. ;) No worries bud, we all have noob days. Glad you got it figured out. |
Not a problem...
I stopped using TomTom about two days later after I posted this thread. Found it just wasn't worth the effort to get it to work right with nUI. Besides I like nUI without having to disable the minimap just to get TomTom to work. I've always hated the map being up in the corner in the way, with nUI it's down below my action bars and out of the way. Later |
I have been using Tom Tom for going on 2 years now and have not had any issues with it and NUI + and Mozz map.
