Ace2 configurator UI?
More of a user question than a developer question:
Ace provides a standard framework for managing addon config/options and handling related chat commands... which is all well and good when your addon's options are simple enough. But some addons (notably Mendeleev) provide so many options that inspecting/changing them through chat commands is cumbersome. I don't suppose anyone's written an addon that puts a GUI frontend onto Ace's options framework? |
well mendeleev has a fubar addon for config options, not updated to 2.0 yet
I wish they would have a general config or at least use the fubar plugin modmenu, and give you the ability to atleast see each mods help options so I could see the command in my chat window. From what I have heard its fairly easy to create a fubar plugin for config options. |
I only know ModMenuTuFu for this; although there was an idea about a Khaos-like ingame addonmanager at wowace.com's forum, but I don't know any successful attempt to make it...

I use DeuceCommander for configuring all my Ace2 addons and such, it is a fubar mod and uses a dew drop menu.

I'm using "DeuceCommander" as well, and it is very handy.
I think you could also try "AceGUI" (I never did). http://www.wowace.com/files/AceGUI/ |
