Reputation Calculator v2
 

Hi everyone,

A new version of Reputation Calculator was launched a few days ago. It's been a year since we launched our first version and because so many people used it we decided to improve things a little bit and bring more features.

By using this Reputation Calculator you'll be able to see what repeatable tasks you have to perform to advance from your current reputation level to the next one for the all known (active) factions. Also, at this version all regions are included also (US, EU, CN, KR and TW).

Looks good. :) I like the links to all of the various sites, I like how the pie charts show up now, the tabs make it nice and organized, and the notes/lore tab should be interesting. :)

Just a note - for factions that I have no rep in yet, the tooltip says "Na" (I assume for not applicable, which is usually written as N/A or sometimes NA). That could be fixed to one of the more recognizable abbreviations or say "No Rep" or something more descriptive.

Looks very good. I like the look of it and how it works.

EDIT: I found one spelling mistake. At the Frostwolf Clan reputation tab (the PvP one) it says

A new progress bar was added recently. It will display your reputation level between Hated and Exalted.

It's been a while since we had so many updates for RepCalc... All the summer we have collected all your feedback and suggestions and came up with a pretty big to-do list. Here is what we did lately:

• All the rewards for all factions were added.
• Previous Raids and Daily fixes were fixed again...
• New-better-looking URL: http://www.wowjuju.com/repcalc
• Alliance Vanguard and Horde Expedition quests were added.
• The "look" of the rewards sections was changed a bit.
• A few more links to other tools were added.
• Total progress bar look enhanced a bit.
• Calculation method for "Raid Clears till exalted" and the number of "Days till exalted" for Daily quests was updated.
• ...plus bunch of code and database updates.

Like always, if you have something to suggest or if you found any bug or mistake let us know. Reply to this topic and/or use the feedback section on wowjuju forums.

A few more updates for the RepCalc:

• The Notes are almost completed. The lore is still missing for more than half of the factions.
• The Ashen Verdict, almost all WotLK factions and a few of the TBC factions were updated.
• Some old Death Knight issue and Argent Tournament daily quests was fixed.

For the Lore I'd Like to thank ArgentSun and the guys from Lore & Roleplay.

We still have a bunch of things on our to-do list but we are focusing for a while now on a good cache system. When that will go live a lot of things will pop out of it and we hope you'll like it ;)

One thing of note though, is that you have the Silver Covenent rep as only obtainable from Tourney quests and their dailies. You can also gain rep for them by running lvl 80 dungeons without a vanguard tabard (Wyrmrest, Ebon blade, Argent Crusade, or Kirin Tor), the same as the Valiance Expedition, Explorer's Leage, and Frostborn.:D

it doesn't, annoyingly, allow space as part of a server name.

Sure it does. I just tried it with Kirin Tor. It will even show a list of predictions below the server edit box and auto-complete for you.

I can confirm what aapoo said... we have a little glitch with Opera and maybe IE. It works only the FIRST time you try to search for your character. If you save your url and try again you'll get an error.

We will fix this, don't worry. I'm sorry about it :(
