Drunk effect addon
 

Just wondering , is there any way to make an addon that can be used to turn on and off the effect of Synthebrew Goggles ( http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/46735 ) or simply 'drunk off' effect ( spell information https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.ph...hebrew-goggles) . Or maybe does something similar with your screen - like making everything you see slighty faded, diffused .

This is done by the game's own rendering engine. It's far beyond what addons are capable of.
