Getting live character data
 

Hi everyone.
How can I read live data such as health, mana, fury etc while the game is running?
I want to be able to put this in a file or even sqlite DB in realtime so other apps can read from this.

Would like this to be run in background if possible.

Thanks. I was thinking the only way would be memory reading, but that is begging for a ban.
