Mouse-over chat link?
 

I know there is an addon called Tekkompare that allows you to mouse-over a link in chat and its tooltip pops up.

The only problem is, I don't want the compare up at all times...

I had this before without having tekKompare but deleted it, now I don't know what addon it was.

Tl;dr: What are all the addons that can provide a mouse-over tooltip for chat?

I think Chatter (a chat addon) can do this.

EQCompare **Not recommended as the author hadn't updated it in 2 years - it was fan updated to work, but from what I understand, still has some problems. I haven't used it, just what I gathered from reading the comments.

I personally have tried to move away from Tek's addons, although they are great, I can't stand his "internet persona/attitude" of ****iness, which is a personal thing I know.
