Strata options

Is there a user setting for the strata of the Carbonite minimap buttons? I'd like to set mine to a lower strata as they sometimes overlay over top of other windows.

Find this anchor (on my screenshot this is the square pointed by arrow) right click on it and there is slider named "layer". This should be that what u want.
