Working on shoutout addon
 

Hello! I am wondering if anyone is good with working on SendAddonMessage with my call out addon. I am wondering if someone can help me getting it set so if multiple people in the raid/group have my addon only 1 person will make the call out vs 3 who have it downloaded.

I am very new to all this and would love some guidance along the way. Any help is greatly appreciated!
