if the problem is that your skinning addon isn't skinning the window to your satisfaction, you should go report that to the author of your skinning addon, as I have absolutely no interest in supporting any skinning addons, especially ones...

Put them back, and after a reload they pop back to the wrong position.What version were you using before you upgraded?

A simple downgrade didn't help either.Do you mean that your panels were still moving after downgrading or just that they didn't go back...
