i used UnitIsPvP instead of UnitIsPVP (notice the uppercase V)
so if you edit line 53 to
if (UnitIsPlayer(unit) and not UnitIsPVP(unit)) then
It showed me all Players with PvP on in ReactionColors, and them with PvP toggled off with their ClassColors.

Anchor will be set at line 43 in lolTip\core.lua open it with notepad++ or another program, that shows you in wich line you're.
Anyways, there is an part called "Anchor & Scale" at the very top of the file. Just comment it out, or delete it.

I found out that when you go from Full Screen to Windowed Mode, the tooltip border goes all haywire, going from a width of what is usual to 300% or so of that.
Looks like this is an problem of some .blp-replacements. The Buttons for the esc-menu were also messy.

but again, i do have a suggestion, might it be possible to disable thje 2 sec ticks when mana is at 100%? Its a bit Annoying when you try to stand in the middle of Shatt and do nothing =P
