Titan Panel is reporting the error within ShinyBuffs:
..\AddOns\ShinyBuffs\ShinyBuffs.lua line 246:
attempt to index upvalue 'db' (a nil value)
I recommend mentioning this to Seerah who wrote ShinyBuffs. It's possible that ShinyBuffs may need to look for the Titan Panel global hooks to avoid this.

@nuen: We include global hooks for addons to check if Titan Panel is running and in what configuration. The author of MoveAnything should look into these. Which reminds me, I really need to get that new Titan API on-line.

Occasionally additional information will be included on the Titan Panel Portal site such as release dates and any specific changes that need more clarification. The Google Code page is for real-time developer updates and gets copied over to the portal site after a release. So either site will work for getting a list of changes....
