The "official" place to be would be Curse... but you get this error because ArmoryTitan has been obsolete for a long time now. It can be handy to read release notes ;)

It's an alternative for Bagnon_Forever that is used in Combuctor and Bagnon to enable access to bags and bank data for alts.

With patch 3 I switched from ATSW to Skillet and haven't noticed any irregularities so far. But I use QuestGuru and didn't notice any problems with the quest log either so I don't mean to say that there is no problem ;)
