still not working

For me it is not downloading the compressed folder. No matter which link i click on. It comes up as a text icon for the file and with the .efw ending. I dont know why. The file name that comes up on the download screen is Lightheaded-r169.1.321c02.efw and the download window says its and unknown file type.

How do i get this addon to load. I have never seen a efw file before. When i put it in the addon folder of the interface folder it doesnt work. do you do something different with it. i would really like to try this addon is why i ask.
