Get an error when using the holy priest spell "Holy Light": Interface\AddOns\CompactBars\core.lua:670: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value) Obviously the DOT from the spell also do not show.

I ran this UI a while back, and there's one feature this have that I'd love to have in my own homemade UI. When I CC someone, there's a text on top of the unitbar that says how long he will be CC'd. What addon does this? I've been looking around, but can't figure it out. Thanks :)
