Woot! I figured it out! type /dart and then at the bottom of the window with the misc. option button click on unlock dragging, then just click and drag on the minimap and this... square thing that look like a window will come out and just put it where ever =)

I'm a miner and when i use track minerals and put my mouse over the yellow dots to find out what mineral they are... The tooltip doesn't show... Is there a way to fix this? cause it's really hard finding the right minerals to train my mining on... =( Please help!
