Ich mach's mal auf deutsch:
Idee ist geil, nu würd ich das Target Fenster genauso machen wie bei D3, sprich oben mit einer Textur... kann ja auch bissle größer sein, als bei D3, aber immerhin oben... und dein eigener Frame aus, oder woanders, kA, ...
Ansonsten: sehr nice, gefällt mir... gibt mir Lust mal rumzufummeln ;)

does enemy players (pvp, or so) have red/yellow name, or also class names?
(und für dich als deutsch: wenn ich spieler mit pvp an sehe, sind deren namen dann rot/gelb, oder ebenfalls klassen farbe? denn das hat mich bei tiptac so gestört, dass sie weiterhin klasse haben)

Yeah, how pelim said, difference is, the "basic" information (mail, latency, fps, clock, etc) are always shown in a small frame. Pelim's addon instead shows by hovering the tracking icon on your minimap and shows stuff then.
Another difference is, I have mail, xp and a clock. But that a...
