Since you're doing a major overhaul of everything anyway, perhaps now is the time to allow titles to work on people from other realms? yeah, i think i understand how this works well enough to make this change as well. i will at least attempt it. if everything else is working, though, i probably won't hold up a release just for this.

alright, preliminary results suggest that Blizzard has indeed scrambled the bejeezus out of the nameplate widget heirarchy. they have done this before, but it is pretty bad this time (about like it was for Burning Crusade). i can't find the cast bar, for instance. perhaps it is created on-demand now? it certainly appears when need...
