Re saving assignments as text: You can extract your saved presets from WTF/Account/(Account name)/Saved Variables/GettingThingsHealed.lua. Or you can just send that file to another healer. They would get all your settings, if they place it in the same directory location.

You can either try a Windows archiving utility to decompress, or try downloading one of the older versions of GettingThingsHealed (from the "Archived" tab above). If you can download an older version and successfully decompress it, then the problem is likely that Vista isn't smar...

I used to get this problem from various addons. I thought it was a base UI bug that was eventually fixed, as I haven't seen it with any addon since 3.0 or so.

I found some rare and random bugs in 1.4.2, so folks should stay with 1.4.1 if they can.
EDIT: Managed to replicate the worst one---which threw up a LUA error---and it is fixed in 1.4.3.

Do you use Pitbull? If so, try disabling it.
In any event, just roll back to 1.3.2. Until I can replicate the problem, I can't fix it.

Looks like a "weak table" memory leak. I'll find it and get it patched for the next publish.
EDIT: Fixed in version 1.4.0.
The next publish will include a first pass on custom rune layouts, as well.
