The heal prediction bar is out of whack, fixed for next release.
The target health bars and or targetframe do not show when something is tapped by someone else... this will also be fixed for next release cuz its bugging the crap out of me.

I think its TargetCharms however i removed that addon because GrimUI has mouseover bindings for raid icons. Go to the key bindings and scroll down to the GrimUI section.
