Typically, when one of my raiders die, I end up rebuffing him the old fashioned way because PallyPower just wont let me do it.
You need to use the player popup buttons if you want cast a spell on a specific player.

Personally i just hate that pallypower has all tho powers and it's no longer as passive as it was when the bars were darker. Buff addons are not supposed to draw attention to them selves.

Yes, the in-combat buffing does not work because you can't click on player buttons anymore because blizzard removed some funtcaions that I used to delay those buttons.
So this functionality has to be re-implemented once again.
