Yes, left click for the Data Browser. That lets you very specific data or all the way up to ALL of your data. You can reset as little or as much as you like.

I do *not* recommend you turn this on until you've already got a decent bit of data stored up. During initial use, you'll be screenshotting more than you won't be. Not good.

By "reporting", do you mean alerting? It can alert you to a new hit or crit in your chat frame, with an alert sound, or in your "notify" frame (where error messages like "You're too far away" appear.

Many people have personal guild banks on their alts for hoarding stuff. Is it possible to have a listing of monies in the various guild banks you have access to in a checklist, so that you can include the personal ones in your tally of cash?
