 Short Buffs Bar is not working at a...

Short Buffs Bar is not working at all. My regular buff bar works but short buff bar which is the only thing i use raven for doesn't show any buffs that fall below 2min. Also its missing many id numbers for example flask of supreme power it doesn't recognize at all.
