1. This isn't my UI. The orbs are the same, and some of the artwork, however if you are not also using another addon, the version you posted a screenshot of is heavily edited(as evident from the minimap frame, chatframe, target/target's target frames..).

Is there a way to move the addon that displays the quests log on the screen? Somehow mine is overlapping the location and coordinates underneath the minimap making it hard to read. I tried looking for a post covering this but wasn't able to find it.

If an orb, health or power, is empty and the bottom of that frame is lower than the bottom of the screen (negative y), then the backgrounds of all other frames on the screen disappear, also if you lower it enough the "galaxy" effect will emerge from the bottom of the screen, but super zoomed (fills the whole screen).

When I get time, I will write a check into RothFont that will see if you're using a custom font or not, and if not, will disable the addon automatically, eliminating the font resizing.

Have to say I am also experiencing this problem. I changed my fonts to DIABLO_L.TTF which I placed in your media folder, then referenced it in the cfg and it worked like a charm on 1.9.7, but since I updated to 1.9.11 everything is huge.
You can manually edit font sized in the embeds/RothFont/Addon.lua file for each font element.

I don't know why but buffs\debuffs don't work. rBuffFrame didn't work and now ShinyBuffs don't work too. I tried instal original ShinyBuff but nothing. (There just no buff\debuff icons. Empty place.)
Only working addon is AuraFrames.
