Honestly, the only thing that I can't figure out how to do is to move the quest/achievement tracker to the left side of the screen.
I was just coming here to ask a similar question -- how to move the quest tracker down as it's overlapping my minimap quite a bit.

Hello, quick question. When I try to move a spell/icon on my action bar it will attempt to use that spell/item. Like if I try to drag my bandages to a different slot it will start conducting first aid. This happens whether I left or right click or use shift/click. Any idea what is causing this?

It shouldn't be fading out, maybe Mayron can figure out what's causing this.
In the meantime, check Bartender (/bartender) and go to Bar 1 > Visibility and make sure "fade out" isn't checked.

I seem to be having a problem with this recent update that I didn't have before. Bartender bars 3 and 4 keep reappearing after I've disabled them. This happens on every character after every reload (screen change). Which is really irritating during raid.
