if i had the old setup, and I updated the addons through the curse client, is that the same as installing this zip here?
no, cause a few of the addons through curse are still broken (even when using the alpha versions)
i applied several fixes to them.
you can just update the Addons folder from the z...

I cant log into my account i changed account name, server, character name and getting log in error every time :S
do you play on EU ?
if so, remove the config.wtf file in the wtf folder and see if it works.

Yeah, i followed all the steps correctly. My resolution is on ultra. I have some other addons. It's just that i dont Get to choose towelliee's profile. I cant manage to sort all the addons and the interface by myself.
try doing a fresh UI install, Rename your Interface and WTF folders.
then follow the install instructions fresh.

When I disable all addons this feature goes away, so I know that it is one of them.
it's not an addon it's an option in the sound settings of the game

That's vuhdo, don't forget you have to copy over the content of
WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAMEHERE_NOTEMAIL\SERVER NAME HERE\TOON NAME HERE
from the zip file to every new character you create, or some of the layouts don't...

I can't figure out what addon this UI uses for bags. I'm trying to use a different addon for bags, but apparently the other one is overriding it. Any way you could help please?
It is using the built in LUI bags module, go into the LUI config (gear icon on bar in top right), in there click on modules and disable the bags module.

Oh dam...forgot about that...I will give that a shot...now one other question...when I installed this UI there was crap everywhere...and I couldn't figure out how to move half the stuff around...I also noticed there is an addon-profile-copy file in the UI download...am I supposed to do something with that?

I have an Alienware M14x with a 160...

I have an Alienware M14x with a 1600x900 resolution screen (900p) and this is setup for 1080p...so everything is very small, almost unreadable on my screen...is there anyway to change some settings to make it fit a 1600x900 screen?
did you try setting your UI scale in the game config?

Included text file indicates AddOns that have a LUI-Towelliee profile, it is recommends you copy the profile in game to have the full effect of the UI package.
