 RECOUNT not switching

Hey Mung or anyone else that might have a answer
I put Recount on dock but when I want to switch to see quest I have to go into Henchman and put Dock to none it doesnt allow to quick switch from Dock bar.. I have tried this is in Primary and secondary dock

See through World map

MUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what did you do
If I stand still I can see my world map and all the icons.. but if I am moving the world map dims and becomes transparent and I cant see anything
is there a way I can keep the map non transparent
