 Roth's UI Problem

Hey there, I love the way the UI looks so I decided to download it today, followed EVERY instruction perfectly and to no avail, it didn't work at all.
I deleted the Interface tab in the WoW folder like stated, extracted the Roth UI Fonts and Interface folders into the WoW folder, logged in, and all i saw was the original Blizzard...
