I'm not sure what you mean by filtering. I don't *think* I'm using any filters on anything; if so, I don't think it's deliberate.
"Filtering" means options that reduce numbers of visible recipes by a certain criteria, like materials available, or a textual search, or both...

Known issue. And if you take a look at error report, you'll see that it mention Blizzard Raid Frames, most likely.
Due to hackery Blizzard did to make their raid frames work the way they do, and the very nature of Lua, it's hard to round corners in user-made addons, unfortunatelly. But these should not impact your gameplay.
