Debuff tracking bar
ill look into this for you and get back to you, since slice and dice is actually a buff not a debuff i may not be able to get you an answer
I just used icehud and turned on the slice and dice bar

I was using decui and now i cant get uitat to install correctly. DAMN IT!!!!!!!
I have to manually go through and setup my chat windows for each character and when i log out and back in i have to do it all over again. Autobar also doesnt want to install correctly on certain characters.

Im not using this comp anymore but my chat windows are still set to the way this comp has them set up. How do i reset that? I have delete folders, launched with no addons installed and chat windows are still not back to normal. Do i need to manually edit the chat windows?

While playing my DK i keep getting a "Warning" audio notification. Any idea what this is? Its annoying and i want to turn it off but cant find what is causing it to go off.
Also
How do i remove the watch frame?
it's because you're missing a buff you can provide (horn of winter)

That would be the ZoneText addon, you can disable/delete it if you'd prefer the default way locations are displayed.
