In regards to Mistweaver monks, they don't generate chi/harmony so they don't need the harmony bar :)

Hey again Galaxy. So after adjusting those files I noticed that when I logged into another character that the exp/rep/AF power bar was missing. When I logged back onto the character I made the changes on however the bar was still visible so I'm not sure what might be causing this.
