Caveat - only checked this on my (Draenei) AH mule... "/lan " works, discovered this by accident when I mis-typed a test whisper. "/lan " works as well. "/lan " sends a message, but not in the secondary language. "/lan " causes SendChatMessage to pitch a fit, didn't write down exact error...

More up-to-date version is downloadable here . (Disregard this if the add-on gets updated, current version posted was posted on 02/13.) Has the command line options, etc. Edit - Hmm.
