Dude you are not reading correctly. I already did all that shit. Its not an addon incompatibility issue. I already disabled every single addon one by one. Took 1 hour of my time to do that. It didn't go away, the lag just went shorter the more ram i freed up with disabling addons. As i wrote already its your ui. Since its an exact 5...

i have pretty much on the clock every 5 seconds a micro lag with your ui.
I couldn't find a specific addon incompatibility that is the reason for that but it seems the more addons i load the longer the "micro lag" becomes. Other more resource heavy UI's dont have that issue.

I can't find the lua code to increase the height of the Unit Frames... Specifically the Target of Focus, but I might want to nudge them all a bit larger. Any help is appreciated! :)
You can change it in Console-UnitFrame.
And the code is in file "NDui/modules/UFs/Spawns.lua".

Love the UI, was never much of a boyscout though :) any way to change it from military time for the clock on the datatext?
Right click on the datatext to open the clock frame, it can be changed by toggle the checkbox "24 Hour Mode".
It doesn't update properly atm, I need an update later.

Awesome UI I really like it.
Under the minimap. It is one bar that contains all info in tooltip.
If you don't track any reputation, the bar would show the progress of azerite power.

It was just a tweak on the zip file name, it may cause some errors when people download it.

However, is there a chance we can get the click-through option for the spell buttons for the complete movement/camera freedom? If anyone needs it it's the tanks.
