I'm just worried that if I change the resolution the UI won't look the same (a.k.a. break). If you know an alternative to keep the UI the same no matter the resolution please tell me.

What I've been struggling recently is that I want to anchor the action bars to the Personal Resource Display Bar. I don't know the name of the anchor or where to find it.
