Does this error code help at all? I did a clean install and when changing the config.lua file turning action bars off causes Unitframes to disapear also. Action bar off UI disapears

Ok took screen shots of when I turn off the Actionbars from the config.lua First one shows Action bars off and can see WoW default bars. But the Unitframes are all missing. Action Bars off missing UI Second shot shows same but when type in /moveui so can see all link points to move but as seen all the Unitframes are missing...

First off really like the update of version 13 I have been using Dominos for bars and in version 12 just disabled action bars thru editing the config.lua When try the same in v13 (change line to false) the Unitframes then disapear. Any help with this?
