I mean so many things have broken 0_0 /uf does nothing. And the ui's msbt has drastically changed. What exactly is going on?

is it just me or has this ui changed drastically over the last month or so. I got a new pc and did a fresh install of everything and practically everything had changed. The chat box/action bars on the right side consistently do not show up and require multiple reloads. Tomtom has completely died and the little arrow hasn't showed...
