Artifact scanning issues are fixed. Nothing else on the horizon so far. I'll test more tomorrow !
ThaoI just installed Altoholic today and it's showing 0 for Rank and 0/100 for Power. Other than visiting the artifact forge, is there something else I need to do to make it show the info?

Besides, 16 pixels would not be enough to move the nameplate a whole lot.
Enabling Compatibility Mode will fix his/her issue with the positioning.

It seems the breath gauge is no longer part of the Mirror bar. I'm getting the default Blizzard guage even though Mirror is enabled and set up.
