Profiles not saving

Hello all! I can see below me that someone else has had a similar problem, but I wasn't sure if the same idea would work. Hopefully this isn't a stupid configuration mistake, but the procedure I used is included, so hopefully that will be clear if it is. I'm trying to set-up XUB for a priest I'm leveling with standard Blizzard...
