Is there a way color the health bars when theres a dispell? It makes it easier as a monk to dps and keep an eye on dispells. Its the only thing that makes me stick to grid for now :(

About health deficit, there was an error with the naming previously and it stopped working for you after i fixed it. now it should be config.HealthDeficitStatus
The errors you posted mean you don't have libraries installed, which would be the case if you downloaded update directly from github. you can do that, but keep Lib folder...

and regarding afk timer, what if player doesn't auto clear AFK? it'll be stuck there forever. Also there's no dedicated event for afk. Offline timer is possible tho

for bfa i removed the dedicated dispel type indicator, so it's just debuff icons now
so just remove everything related to self.dispel, also add self.dicon4.SetJob = MySetJob_DebuffIcon
and if you had anything on bar1 or bar2, now it should be just "bars"

1) That message is what you get when you try unlock a broken addon. Did you relog on paladin after enabling error display? what did it say on login?
2) Are you sure you actually updated the addon? Because what you're describing is exactly what would be happening if you didn't

That was a technical limitation. Inspecting wasn't showing nether crucible bonus item levels
But with bfa all that is gone. Azerite armor item level increase is shown in the tooltip

I don't have any recommendation, for the same reason there aren't any timestamp features in PhanxChat: I don't like timestamps. That said, can't you just use the built-in (to WoW) timestamps option?

Weird bug report: on the Chronomatic Anomaly in Nighthold, when he casts his slow, this addon goes completely bananas. Throws up afaict every bar in the class (including offspecs), at random durations left, repeatedly resetting, until the slow ends.
Can you take a screenshot? or several... And what ability is that exactly?

There's an issue with header font on russian client. Default skurri.ttf doesn't support cyrillic, but there's a Fonts/skurri_cyr.ttf which does. So you could swap to it for ruRU locale or just use something else
